The First Sip is a part of EmpowerEdD's signature women's wellness series designed to provide culturally responsive health education tailored to the unique needs of women at different life stages. Through engaging conversations and evidence-based information, we create safe spaces for women to learn, share, and empower one another.

Hudson's Great Dental Adventure : Interactive Read-Aloud Sessions

Celebrate National Children's Dental Health Month with an engaging story that makes dental health fun!

Written by Tempestt S. Latham, "Hudson's Great Dental Adventure" is an original children's book inspired by years of experience as a school-based dental hygienist. This heartwarming story brings dental health to life in a way young learners will love and remember.
