Spilling the Tea is a three-part women's wellness series that provides culturally responsive health education to women across life stages. Each session combines evidence-based health information with the ritual of tea and community connection.

Golden Brew is designed for women to learn, share, and engage in discussions about the stages of menopause, intimacy wellness, tea benefits and overall health.
